SMS options
Hi, SMS notifications are the best, but when booking a client within the 24 or 48 hour set time frame they don't get a confirmation sms.
solution: when booking a client you could have an button to click 'send sms now?".
This would ensure all clients get their booking confirmations and less likely to miss an appointment.

I agree, what maybe would work also would be confirmation sms sent at time of input, this would cover your issue also.
This, and if possible the ability for the client to answer Y or N in a return text confirming or cancelling appointment.
Ive just turned down a free acc with another service provider because I have 100% trust in the service I have received from Fresha since the start
Make every client option sms aswell as email this will be perfect for everyone
Yes I also asked about this. Most of my clients prefer confirmation etc by text. A lot don’t even remember their email address so I do t have it for everyone, especially the older ladies. So yes, can we have the option to inform the client of their booking and reminders etc by text please. I’ve just left one platform to join Fresha due to high costs and really like the way Fresha works.
SMS booking confirmation, not just email.
Yes same here we have about 5,000 client in contact. Most of them prefers SMS confirmations since not all the time they are connected with the internet to recieve email confirmation. Please DO CONSIDER
Also in settings be nice to choose the default setting for communication type preferred when creating a new client. Our clients never want to give an email, just contact by text.
Would also be helpful to have a option to send a reminder in the morning to certain clients that we know always forget. Maybe thru their client file or by clicking on their appointment that day.

Thanks for sharing your thoughts on this! Your clients will receive a confirmation notification whenever the appointment has been booked 👍 Reminders are dependent on the time of the booking.
