Add Late Night Hours till 1 am
i feel like that should a option here if i had a late night booking. or at least to be able to start a booking at midnight

You are able to book any time of the day. From the + symbol in the lower right of the calendar select new appointment and schedule as any other appointment. if you were scheduled to work at say, 2 am, the calendar will scroll the entire time you are working. In this case you can click on the time slot required and schedule the appointment there.
No...is not work...is a missing 5 min between 23:55 and 24:00
Try make a booking at 22:30 for 2 hours...normaly next booking should be at 00:30...but you can book even at 00:00...Not work!
