Discounting prior to appointment and future appointments

Can we discount a service prior to the client coming in and also discount any future appointments they may have.

  • Would also be useful to allow the online customer to be able to enter a code from an issued voucher rather than presenting it at checkout. include something along the lines of “cost is X, you are paying with voucher value Y. The balance is Z to be paid at checkouton the confirmation

  • Discount button at the end of checkout it's great to add to each service but annoying when it's an overall discount and you have to keep clicking through services. Would just be quicker to add a discount at checkout :)

  • Being able to apply discounts at the time of creating an appointment would also be very useful for forecasting sales. If you have a lot of customers in one week who have some heavy discounts it could distort your expected sales. 

    Also it means you don't have to remember when it comes to checkout. There could be a few weeks between booking the appointment and closing the appointment and it might be a different staff member who is doing the checking out. 

    I know you can put appointment notes in there but they won't always get read.

  • it would be a great feature to be able to apply a discount at time of booking,  i often have offers on and it would be better for forecasting, and quicker for checkout if they are already applied.
