Adding A Client Recall Setting

 Adding a recall setting on notification that is predetermined by the system on information about  a client's last visit date and your Recall Reminder settings. For example the system reads the client's last visit date from your management system and will then send Recall Reminder  (Time to book your next appointment) emails  or SMS based on that date and your lapsed period of time after the appointment settings.

  • When someone comes for their wax and says "how many weeks did I go" it would be great to have a flash up that shows it!
