Yes some people dont want to give out their email addresses so a thank you SMS for after they have checked out and even a confirmation SMS when the appointment has been booked would be really handy

it would be great if these could also go out the next day rather than as soon as they check out (to avoid stalker alert haha)

Thank you notifications are currently just sent via email for most countries which also includes an option to leave a review for the business but we've passed along your thoughts to our product team. Thanks for the suggestion!

Some clients do not pay attention to the emails or read them vaguely so it would be an extra help to have a link that directs them to the review :))))))))
