Put Retail Items on Hold Under Clients Name

Sometimes a salon client decides they want to purchase a retail product while waiting for a service, during a service, or during a colour process. The ability to pre-scan items and hold them under a client file helps to ensure the team member does not forget to ring the item(s) in at the end of the service (especially during busy days or if the team member has fallen behind and wants to get to a waiting client), and clients don't go home forgetting to take products they'd decided to buy hours prior.

  • Yes! Needed for exactly the reasons noted in OP. Would be much appreciated having this ability to run a tab, add product to an appointment, or however you would like to word it. This is becoming quite important.

  • just being able to add to clients ticket before would be so much better. then we don't forget or them.

  • Yes, I like to ring up the bill with any additional products/services while the client is processing but leave it on hold until it’s time to check out, would be nice to be able to close their tab to access other parts of the program and be able to go back to it when the time comes to ring in the client.
