tiered pricing is a must for having junior/senior etc pricing. I think this is a top priority for a system and has caused me to look at new systems as we need this feature pretty please...

  • No brainer, absolutely essential in a Salon with more than 1 stylist?

However, please have pricing Tiers, allocatable to a Staff member. E.g. Director Price List, Seniors Price List etc and against a Staff Member indicate which price list Tier they are on.

Please do not introduce exceptions against Services....this is what i have now and its a burden to maintain.

Happy to help dev team when ur ready.

Problem is we cant migrate to Schedul until this is up and running..... i have 10 stylists.....Directors, Seniors, Juniors, Graduates.....

  • I agree this would be a godsend as at the moment I am having to put a separate option in for each Therapist would makes a huge list to choose from when they are booking an online appointment.

  • I pretty much agree with all other comments. We’re waiting to switch over as soon as tiered pricing is an option.

A lot of our customers prefer to book online but without the price tiers it’s too complicated to sort out pricing for them, hence we wouldn’t be able to offer online bookings.

  • Pricing should already change when they select a specific stylist. The level of the stylist should be able to be edited in the staff tab and then have tiered pricing depending on who is performing the service.

This needs to be a priority!

  • Maybe something that allows us to create a list of additional fee/charges for staff being a senior, junior etc. then coordinated with staff title in their file, that will add on to the service price automatically when the stylist is set as the requested stylist based on their title. That way we don't have to create several different service price options for each Stylist, just the different levels of expertise.

  • It is a setback not to have tiered pricing. I have been looking at this sytem multiple times but the thought of how I manage Stylist, Snr Stylist, Top Stylist, Salon Director, Technician prices for the exact same service is just a bit mind boggling. So I am assuming right now if for instance I have a service called Ladies Cut and Blowdry, I will need to create this service 5 times with all the different level pricing? And that's just one service.

Right now the software I use allows us to create one service and the option of a different price for each level of stylist. So one service, and 5 different prices. Each staff member has an allocated service level.

If I currently have 100 different hair services and 5 different staff levels then I need to create 500 services? Or is there something I am missing?

  • Been asking for this to be implemented for a long time now but they seem more interested in other things like charging people 2.29% to swipe a card + 20c per online booking...To me it's not worth going with the new features and paying that because the booking system is not where it should be..not yet at least.

  • The way they have it running right now may work well for one stylist, but not for multiple stylists.

  • If you can't figure out how to do it, make it so you can pick the stylist first and then we can set up their services

  • I'm hiring a new girl that I need to have different prices for. I've thought about making a different account but then calendars and resources don't sync. Having double of every service to book is hugely frustrating for clients too. Tiers would be so helpful!

  • NEED PLEASE! I currently have 4 different levels and I had to create all of the services 4 different times and at first I didn’t add anything to the service name to differentiate one from the other, can you imagine trying to figure out which haircut is the right one! It gets confusing to us but also for the customers... they don’t always scroll down to check all of our levels and they just pick the first services they see and tell us they couldn’t select the stylist they wanted.

  • This is a must

  • Fresha recommends to keep the menu list as clear as possible (8-15 is the best they say), but also say we have to create all of the services per stylists???

They don't make sense at all.
