Fresha: Set a Default Stylist for Priority in Booking
So I am the owner/lead stylist/colorist in my salon. Can we set up a default chain-of-command when it comes to booking options when the user doesn't specify a stylist?

Thanks for the suggestion. For Online Bookings, if the client selects 'No preference', they will get assigned to a staff member based on their availability at the duration of the appointment so basically, it goes to the next available person during that time block.
However, we will be introducing a new feature that will let you enable staff priority for "No preference". In the meantime, you can edit the booking internally in your calendar to reassign staff members ❤️
