Gift Vouchers - Extend Expiry Date

It would be great to be able to extend the expiry on gift vouchers - for example I allowed a client to book 1 day after the voucher had expired, but in order to put it through Fresha I either need to use their current voucher to buy a new voucher ahead of time, or just change the price of the service that day to $0.00, which throws out numbers. 

Could we please have a way to override the expiries?

  • This is a good suggestion as we extend voucher time limits after they have been purchasd for Christmas currently for 7 months as we close two weeks after the Christmas new year rush, so this idea would be really helpful

  • You can only put "NO EXPIRY" for gift vouchers... but why is this "NO EXPIRY" option available for service vouchers???? Since Fresha has no way of doing series on account, this is the only way to do pre-purchased packages.

  • Agreed! 6 months only on service vouchers is ridiculous. We NEED to be able to extend service voucher length if needed.

  • I would also like to extend the expiry or have a no expiry. Super annoying my number will be out this month because I had someone redeem a voucher and it either need to rebuy or make her service $0

  • All for this, I inadvertently set up my first voucher sale with a one month expiry and that has passed. But my other vouchers are likely to expire as I run a business which tends to be seasonal. An update on this area would be appreciated. BTW, the android app is superb, I appreciate the extra flexibility in making bookings and blocking dates out.

  • Please! I really need to extend it, had some vouchers sold with wrong "expiring date" and even though they are still valid the system shows as expired. How can I fix it without messing up the numbers?

  • In light of the current situation could you advise if there is any way we can extend the expiry date of gift vouchers already purchased as we have clients who may not be able to attend salon before they expire but would still like to honour these

  • The best way would be to have a supervisor override which would allow only certain people access to manually change the expiry date. Covid has surely created more than a few reasons for this.
    We get to keep our sales safe but can adjust based on reasoning and circumstance.
