Repeat appointments - set week of the month

My regular clients are either every two weeks, which your software works well with, or monthly on a set '1st, 2nd, 3rd or 4th day of a given month'. So, for example the second Tuesday at 4pm.

Any chance you could add that as a repeat appointment option?
