This is a situation that needs to be sorted, as you can’t merge them!.

Yes this is very much needed!! We can’t merge them or edit them. So if a client makes a mistake in their phone or email (which happens more than it should) then we are just SOL until the next time they come in and then we have to go through a whole lesson on how to use the app, taking up a lot extra time. Please fix.
Yeah, I got plenty of duplicates here coming from Fresha and I can't merge them.
It's a big problem, especially when I work on reports since data is not accurate at all.
Please Fix it ASAP.
Clients don't have the will, inclination or need to merge their multiple Fresha accounts, and it's frustrating having these duplicate accounts on our side. It would therefore be useful to be able to merge them from our side, and a notification goes to the client saying which of their email addresses is being used by Fresha.
Hey Folks 👋
Clients with Fresha profiles cannot be merged currently but I've forwarded your concerns to our product development team. For now, if the client has multiple Fresha profiles, they would need to reach out to us through hello@fresha.com and request the removal of their Fresha profile using the email they want to be removed ❤️
I have used this program from the beginning. Since moving to Fresha and merging clients. I have been following comments and voting on this issue. It really needs to be resolved. I have A LOT of duplicates. I agree with all the above comments. This is a HUGE problem. Clients don't have the will, inclination or need to merge their multiple Fresha accounts, and it's frustrating having these duplicate accounts on our side. People do not have the time to contact hello fresha to fix the situation. Its really not an issue for them. It is an issue for those of us that are your clients and use this program daily. Which overall I love it. BUT...
It's a big problem, especially when I work on reports since data is not accurate at all.
I've just discovered that if a client makes a second account you can't merge it with the original account. Please fix this urgently, I'm training new staff and we really don't need this level chaos and confusion, checking client notes between accounts and incoherent client histories is a massive pain in the rear.
Hi Fresha team. Is there any progress concerning this matter please? Regards, Harry - Belgium
Totally agree, this is a huge problem for me. I have some clients that somehow have 4 different emails and use a different one to book so history and sales isn't accurate. I also list active vouchers for each client in their notes and it's too hard to do across multiple files. Please do something about this.
Hi Everyone,
Merging Fresha Profiles is still not possible. We appreciate that the same client may create multiple accounts, but they can't be merged as they may contain a lot of sensitive data such as a credit card, and merging two completely separate clients would be a breach of data. We will look at some solutions where the client can merge their own accounts together and pick their main account. For now, we recommend asking your clients who have duplicated their account with another email to reach out to us at hello@fresha.com asking us to remove one or another profile.
Clients are too lazy to email you asking us to remove one or another profile. So annoying when they have gift vouchers or credits.
This is a big problem for me and its frustrating enough sorting out things like this for my business, so I really don't want to give my clients the hassle of having to sort out their account themselves, when it is not really an issue for them, just me. Plus my clients come to me for relaxation and stress relief, not to have to sort out problems like this.
It wouldn't be so bad if I could remove the client from the appointment and add their other fresha account to it, so I could control which one is used all the time, but it won't let me do this either.
In the main, I find this app great, but there's just a few issues and this one being a big one for me.
@everyone,
Let me help clarify this further here. If this were possible, I may end up booking in with you, and you may end up booking in with yourself and then merging my profile into yours taking all my vouchers, memberships and card details. From a security perspective, this is a no-go. It is simply going to happen. We have enough data and have seen how many partners accidentally merge the wrong clients they create themselves. There are plans to allow your own clients to merge their own duplicate accounts but you will not be able to merge on their behalf.
