Disable ability to book a treatment with staff who don't offer that treatment

If someone is not listed as being able to offer a service then we should not be able to book it in with them at all, for example we should not be able to book in IPL Hair Removal with an untrained junior.

At present the blue pop up box is not fool proof. Having experienced this multiple times a fool proof system whereby you either cannot do this or have to actively accept a large warning is the only safe way to proceed.

  • The blue warning is not noticeable enough and is often overlooked. Also being able to double book and book clients with unscheduled staff shouldn't be possible.

  • Hey Folks! Thanks for your feedback :).

Clients booking online can only book with staff members that are assigned to the services they selected. It is possible to book with a staff member that doesn't provide the service internally but you will be alerted with a notification. We really appreciate any ideas or suggestions you have and have shared your feedback with our development team to see how we can make this notification stand out. We also have loads of exciting features ready to launch over the next few months so please do stay tuned 💙
