Pre payment with on line booking
Are you doing a feature where when people book on line they have to pay for there treatment up front or have to pay a booking fee as we have a lot of people that cancel with out notice so we are losing money on this

prepayments is the best way forward. we need this asap
This is a absolute must, to many dont turn up otherwise which defeats the object for having online booking.
Yes we need the prepayment feature badly . The prepayment feature that we can set up how much %that we would want them to prepay . It would be awesome. Ty
Still waiting for this as well. They keep saying they will implement a card on file option but that just wont help if the card they use doesn't have funds on it to charge the no-show and cancellation fees.
Yes please!!! Even to keep a card on file. I had so many no shows this season. And it’s hard because clients will respond to automated sms text and we never see it
YES PLEASE! 50% of the service they book must be paid prior to the appointment to avoid from not showing. And if they still don't show up it would go towards cancellation fee.
Missing the prepaid option is the reason why i dont have my online booking feature open.
So yes please to make this a priority feature :)
It's a MUST that this feature be added. It helps to grow our businesses.
We are looking at all online platforms. This will be a dealbreaker with this product. Has there been any indication of when/if this idea will be implemented?
We need it now! Too many no shows and cancellations wasting peoples time and money!

I am using Acuity who has prepayment and was about to switch back to Fresha. Please tell me we can do prepayment. Prepayment is a win/win for me and Fresha.
