Lockdown of clinical / client notes

We use the software in a para medical clinic, and the law requires client notes to be locked once completed after each appointment so changes cannot be made – this is for the purpose of auditing. To put it simply, the software is perfect for us in almost every other way, but if there is no intention of locking the notes down after they are entered we will have to change to another service. NOT what we want to do as we love Fresha, but we also have to abide by law being a clinic. I am posting this here in the hope of getting enough people to support us so Fresha will implement this change :)

    Hey Folks 👋

Thanks for the suggestion! We can definitely see how that would be a valuable feature for you, especially given how you are currently using the software. We've forwarded your feedback to our product development team ❤️

Just note that the consultation forms are only adjustable until the date of the appointment. For example, a client may fill out the consultation form stating they are fine to come in, but may a day before develop an illness where they update the form to let you know. Once the appointement has been completed or the appointment date has passed answers can no longer be amended.

We will continue to track this to request for any partners who would also like to see appointment notes locked when added.

  • I would love this feature as well.  I was looking at another scheduling company that offers it, but would rather stay with Fresha

  • I need this feature as well. Being able to lock Fresha down would a ensure safety of client/patient records as well as any financial records we might need to keep on hand.
