Send Thank you notifications for first appointments only

I think it would be handy to just be able to send a thank you notification for either just the first appointment or just to select it manually at the end in the same way we can send invoice. I would like to say thanks the first time but don't want to spam my regular client's inbox with the same thank you message after every appointment.

    Hey Folks 👋

Thanks for sharing your feedback. The majority of our partners love gathering feedback from their clients for every booking, however, we can certainly see how it would be handy to introduce this feature and have shared your feedback with our product team ❤️

  • Nice idea, possibly link to a feedback form? Link to Google Reviews would be good.

  • I also think this would be a great idea too!

  • This would be a benefit to select if you want to send thank you email.  I have weekly clients who have already left feedback but receive the same email each week.  To be able to ask for feedback on these type of clients less frequently would be good.

  • This would be incredibly helpful.  If we could have the option to send this only once, people are bombarded with emails on a daily basis and receiving a thank you email for every client visit creates a negative response from customers as it lacks any form of personal touch or professionalism as they just get annoyed and ask to have their email address removed.  It's a great way of asking for feedback but continual impersonal "thank you's," after a visit are just extremely annoying and insincere.

The ability to remove the Fresha "rate your booking" button would be nice also as I don't really want to encourage my clients to discover nearby salons they can visit courtesy of a payment system I pay for.
