Send text to client with appointment details when it is booked

I mostly book my clients next appointment when they end their current appointment. It would be great if an automatic text could be sent at that time with the appointment details in it so my client can see it has been booked in.

  • I would also like this option as well if the book closer to their time.

  • Definitely need this option as not all my clients have easy access to emails and would prefer a text message confirming their appointment 🤞🏻

  • Would be a fantastic tool to use if we had the option to confirm appointment with a text message as soon it is booked and also for them to still get that reminder text.

  • Text messages are best.

1 at Booking and 1 at Reminder.

Also helps us know if we recorded clients mobile no correctly !

  • Hey Folks,

Thanks for the comments and votes.

Text messages are notoriously unreliable and expensive hence we have email notifications as well. We've also developed an even better solution for partners with online bookings enabled, which is more cost-effective and reliable; push notifications. 🎉

Push notifications are similar to texts in that they're sent to the client's phone/tablet and need to be swiped in order to be dismissed from the screen, meaning the client is likely to see them - unlike text messages which are quickly becoming the new spam with telco providers blocking them for all sorts of reasons!
