Essentially, online booking availability is entirely based off your staff working hours! You can update your working hours under "Staff">"Staff working hours" from the main menu.
However, business hours are only for the customers to see whenever they see your profile listing on the Fresha Marketplace which can be set-up under "Online Booking">"Online Profile" tab ❤️

I have changed the hours of operating staff to reflect the hours of operation

Go into online bookings. Click online profile. Click on more options drop down menu. Click edit profile and change what you need to from there.
