Add processing time before appointment

This is a simple idea to implement. On first visits, clients need to fill out paper work. We would like to add the option of processing time before the visit, so they show up earlier than their appointment to fill out paperwork, but the real time in the calendar shows up also. The processing time could show up as a lighter color.
