Different colour for unpaid appointments

Instead of an unpaid appointment being gray, like any other paid appointment, and it being mistaken for being paid, it would be great if it would automatically go another colour.  The whole appointment block.

I like to use unpaid so that I can tally up someone's appointment before they are done, but then if you have another appointment to put through, you can still do it without losing the other appointment's total.  I need to know, though, that the appointment is paid for before she walks out the door.

  • For what it's worth, the invoice icon ( top right in appointment). Is outline when not paid and filled in when paid.

  • Yes, it is, but it's not super obvious.  I use an iPad which I feel makes that icon even smaller yet.  A nice visual of a different colour would work wonders.  Use to have that in another program we used at another salon I worked at.

  • Totally agree.
We currently have a status based colour system.

With 10 columns you need a quick glance routine against an onscreen scrolling timeline.

Go Red if not paid 1hr after time....type options.

  • I have multiple bookings in 1 time slot so this would really be helpful. As when a group booking is set you can’t see paid or unpaid they are all grey. A change of colour for it to stand out would be a lot easier to see.

  • Hey Folks 👋

You can currently code by service type, staff member, or appointment status but that's an awesome suggestion and we can definitely look into it ❤️
