Client Notes / Tags

It would be great to be able to add specific tags to a client / appointment note to provide the ability to filter down to see information that is specific to the current task.

For example: If I were to add notes regarding the formula used to achieve a specific colour, I could add a tag like #colour formula. This would then provide the ability to filter down to only the notes that were specific to the formula used for any specific client.

This could be used is a multitude of ways just by adding the ability to tag stuff.

    Hey Folks 👋

That's a cool idea! We've shared your thoughts with the product team.

For now, client notes are added to the Client Card and would be more permanent ones like: ‘Allergic to’ or regular color formulas. Bookings notes are appointment specific like one-off formulas or ‘reacted well, good progress, etc’ ❤️

  • A client profile where we can add notes would be great. To keep record of what services were done, what colors they used, or favorites, what look they like to achieve, allergies.

  • yes please!! client notes are great but there should also be 'Client Tags' that are located in the area where it says "New Client". That way we'd be able to easily see if they're a "VIP" client "frequent" client, "picky" client. etc!

  • With the new update done today July 22, You can no longer see the previous appointments notes which we use to let us know which child was in last time, and if we made any changes to the hairstyle that time. This was helpful for a client that wants to do the same as last time, but not what they have had before that is in the client notes. Also if working with color changes.
