Treatment follow up (set appoiment reminder)

It would be nice to have the option when we create services to set the ideal frequency of the service, so if the client does not follow the frequency a reminder pops out to contact the client to set up an appointment and we make sure no one interrupts treatments. a little CRM Follow Up.

    Thanks for the suggestion. We currently have a marketing campaign as part of the Fresha Plus package called Win back clients and you'll be able to use it to remind clients to book their next appointment. 

    We'll be rolling these marketing features out globally in the coming months, so stay tuned!
