Appointment history - adding in rescheduled appointments


Is it possible to include the date and time an appointment was rescheduled or cancelled to the appointment history?  We can see when the original appointment was made but the history does not show when the appointment was rescheduled or cancelled and it would help us explain to our clients who think we may have got their appointment wrong.

  • I agree with Kath. This happens a lot to our clients. We need to explain to our clients when the changes were made as well as with our booking agents when they try to search who made the changes among their colleagues
