Customising reminder emails and texts
Evening!
Is there a way to customise the reminder service that you offer to clients please?
For instance, some clients might want a reminder 48 hours before their appointment but many are happy with 24 hours reminder service.
If not, is this something that you would consider building into Fresha please

Morning,
I agree! I will appreciate if we able to give 24 h reminder to client as well.
Thanks
I would really like to see SMS (text messages) offered as a notification tool.
If clients want to cancel when they get the reminder, it's already late cuz technically it'll be within 24 hrs of their appointment time. Reminder should have a role of giving an opportunity for clients to cancel without penalty. Most of them are fine, but when we say cancellation/reschedule within 24 hrs will have penalty, it's kind of a little odd. 48 hrs option would fix these problems. or opt-in option for both 24 hrs and 48 hrs reminder.
PLEASE let us customize our texts, we need to include the new covid polices for our salons, and the No Show message borders on rudeness, we want to be able to say it nicely.
PLEASE LET US CUSTOMIZE ALL TYPES OF SMS TEXT MESSAGES, SO IMPORTANT NOW.
Hey Folks,
Thanks for the suggestion to allow clients to choose the timeframe for their reminder messages - we'll keep tracing votes for this. 😀
Just to touch briefly on some of the other comments here, we've made some changes to our notifications as they're now translated into multiple languages. This means that SMS notifications are now standardized and cannot be edited.
We found most partners were using their custom text to give clients information that we now provide automatically: links to directions, information about cancellations etc. Now, this info is part of our templates or covered by other functionality, such as No-Show Protection. 🙌
It’s far easier to enable the No-Show Protection than to describe a cancellation policy you can’t enforce in a custom text field that clients may not even read.
Please note, you can still edit email notifications using the 'Important Info' box under Client Messages>>Settings. 😉
