Online Booking Slot Efficiency

Only show clients availabile appointments that are right next to another appointments to stop clients being able to book in the middle of a gap, maximising time and profit

  • This would be an excellent option to include! Also, if there are no appointments currently booked, rather than offering all the available times, offer a time at the beginning, middle and end of the shift.

  • I've seen where you could set the percentage of your availability that you want the online scheduler to show so that you don't look completely empty to the client. Followed by that was the option to set how you wanted appointments to be booked, just like the article above. To set the available appointments to stack but then also be able to set how much of a gap to allow in between. My typical booking time for most services is 1.5 hours, so it would convenient to set the online booker to allow for that.

  • Yes absolutely, i think Fresha team should provide this asap since its really will improve our online bookings. I know even Fresha is still free but i don't mind to pay a little bit to get some extra features, because to jump to a new system really tiring. Maybe Fresha can make lesser subscribtion fee. Pleasseeeee

  • Yes please! We want to have 45 minute appointments but because clients can choose any time they want it messes up the days efficiency. For example... if i have a 9-9:45am appointment i would like the system to then show the next available appointment at 9:45pm and not 10am, Other wise our 45 minute appointments turn in to 1 hour appointments.

    I hope I’m making sense.
