Full service timing

Right now we are trying to launch our online booking, however we can not do this right now due to the system set up. Right now in set-up you are able to set up a color with a processing time but have to select a haircut our blowout separately. Our policy requires a finishing service to be booked with your color service but online allows you to only book a color. The only way around this would be to set a full service timing of say 2 hours and 15 minutes which does not leave a processing time in the system which is time that my team could book additional services. Because of this we can not launch online booking because it will create far too many scheduling issues.

  • Agree, for now , when an appointment is booked online for this, I go in and manually change it by adding a service and changing the time allowance. But this needs to be fixed

  • I agree. When selling packages (foils, treatment, trim and blowdry) we can only book as one block, where sometimes different staff could do different parts of the package. If we split it up then the package price no longer applies.
