online =Individual time slots for each staff member

I would like to suggest setting up booking time slots for each individual staff member. i have staff member that take longer than others, as some are a little more experienced. so for example at the moment clients can book appointments every 30 min online. but this is not ideal for both staff members as one of them works on the hour and the other works on the half hour. The girl that works on the hour can manage to do one client every hour. but the girl that works on the half hour can only take a client every one and a half hours. 

This would make it much easier for both members of staff, but it would look more professional to the business as it would mean less time call clients to rearrange time slots.
