Clients with caregivers

I work with children and adult clients that have caregivers. It would be SO helpful if there was a way to list the caregiver/parent as well as the client on the profile since the caregiver/parent receives the communication. I've edited the SMS to be more generic and suit me, but it would be nice to have both names available to me.
