Promo with % of the services

Hi Guys

We can do a promo as a discount price for one service

but we can not do a promo as % price like

% 15 DISCOUNT FOR ALL OUR SERVICES CONGRATULATIONS TO ALL OUR STUDENTS FROM SIBELLA SPA

how it will work as service under promo services

we try to work around but no luck

I think it is a very good idea to work in this feature
