when a client or friend buys a voucher, they should be able to use it for whatever they want... service, product, tip, etc. It's paid for so why does Fresha care what it's being used for?
I manually update my staff hours every week so that we can see the correct booking ratio to clients to earnings. There is a report available that shows the hours by day that each employee worked.
My clients with email will receive the notification if, when prompted, I do not remove the mark in the checkbox asking if I want to send the notification
