We just went to the vouchers instead of gift certificates and had we know we couldn’t use vouchers for tips we would have stuck with our old system of gift cards. Hopefully this gets updated!!!
Definitely need to be able to use vouchers towards tip, if we had known that vouchers couldn’t be used we never would have started using them and toward tips would have stuck with our old gift cert...
