How do I print a receipt using my card terminal?

Select the card terminal model you have below and follow the relevant steps to print another copy of the shopper or merchant receipt for a specific transaction:

Print a receipt using a V400m card terminal

  1. On your card terminal, access the Admin menu using the PIN code 5358 followed by the green circle button. 
  2. Select Transactions.
  3. Select the transaction that you want to reprint a receipt for.
  4. Click Receipts and select the receipt you want to print: Shopper receipt or Merchant receipt.
  5. Click Print.
  6. Select Cancel to go back to the point where you can select and print the other receipt, or select Cancel repeatedly until the Admin menu closes.

Print a receipt using a Fresha S1 card terminal

  1. From the main screen, tap Transactions.
  2. Enter PIN 3773.
  3. Select the transaction that you want to reprint a receipt for.
  4. Tap on the printer icon.
