Sending an email blast campaign

Whether you wish to send a quick update, a special offer or to promote your vouchers & services, you can easily create engaging, dynamic emails, in just a few minutes with our intuitive drag & drop email builder.

Send an email blast campaign

To send a blast campaign via email, simply follow the steps below:

  1. Go to Engage and select Blast campaigns
  2. Click New message and select Email as your channel. 
  3. Choose an existing template from our Fresha library or select Start from scratch to build your own. 
  4. Personalise your email using the drag & drop builder listed on the left-hand side.
  5. Click Next step to configure how your email will appear in the inbox of your recipients. This includes the sender's name and subject as well as the preview.
  6. Choose a campaign audience by sending your message to All clients or filtered Client groups. 
  7. Click Next step and choose a payment method.
  8. Review the campaign cost and click Send now.

NOTE: The cost of your blast campaign is based on the number of clients your message is sent to.

NOTE: If you no longer want to offer a deal sent within an email blast, you can easily deactivate it. Simply head to Deals, click the 3 dots on the deal associated with your campaign and select Deactivate. This will ensure that clients are no longer able to use the offer within the email.

PRO TIP: You can also save yourself time by setting up recurring and automatic messages to send your clients who have birthdays or haven’t booked in a while. You can set these up under Auto campaigns.


Filter your client groups

Use the advanced filters within your client groups to target a specific audience and improve the performance of your blast campaigns.

  1. When selecting the audience for your blast campaign, click Client groups.
  2. Select a Client group and click Modify. Depending on the client group selected, you can change default values to target the relevant audience.
  3. Modify your client groups further using the following advanced filters:
Filter by service -

Include clients based on the services they have booked with you. Use the drop-down menu to include Any service or choose the relevant services for your audience.

 

Filter by location -

Include clients based on the services they have booked with you. Use the drop-down menu to include Any service or choose the relevant services for your audience.

 

Filter by team members -

Include clients who have previously booked a service with specific team members. Use the drop-down menu to choose Any team member or Selected team members. For selected team members, click Choose team members, check the box next to the relevant team members and click Save.

 

Incluir clientes con próximas citas -

We’ll automatically exclude clients who have upcoming appointments. To include them within your client group, check the box and click Save.
