If you have multiple locations, you'll want to make sure your team members are assigned to the right location.
Once you've added your business locations, you won't be able to assign bookings to your team members or offer online bookings until you have assigned team members to each location and set their working hours.
To assign team members to each of your locations:
- Go to Business settings and select Working hours.
- Choose which location you’d like to assign your team members to from the dropdown.
- Click on Change team and choose which team members you’d like to assign to that location.
- Napsauta Tallenna.
- Once confirmed you can set your team working hours and availability.
PRO TIP: If you have team members working at multiple locations at the same time, and a team member is booked in one location, they cannot be booked for the same time in another location.
NOTE: Use the Location filter on Team members to filter by team members working at each of your locations.
