How do I make changes to my account settings?

You can make changes to your account details at any time, including your personal details, password, and notification settings.

To update your profile picture

  1. Click on the avatar icon and select Profile.
  2. In the new page, click Edit.
  3. Click on the camera icon and upload your profile picture.
  4. Crop the image and click Apply.
  5. Click Save changes.
  6. Once saved, your photo will appear in the calendar next to the rest of your team.

To update your personal info

  1. Click on the avatar icon and select Settings.
  2. Once there, you can make the following changes:
  • Update your legal name.
  • Update your contact details (mobile number, and your email address). The email address entered here is used to log into your account and it is not visible publicly to your clients.
  • Change your password by entering your existing password followed by the new one. If you don’t know your existing password, you can log out and use the Forgot password? link.
  • Manage the social logins you use to access your Fresha account.
