How do I add team working hours?

Before you can start using the calendar, you’ll need to add your team members and set their working hours. Please note, if you do not have any ongoing working hours and availability, your Marketplace profile will appear offline.

How to set up your team's working hours on a desktop: 

  1. Go to Business settings and select Working hours.
  2. For the relevant team member, select the … icon next to the team member’s name and then Set regular working hours.
  3. Use the drop-down under Schedule type whether you would like to set working schedules to repeat Weekly, Every 2 weeks, Every 3 weeks or Every 4 weeks
  4. Choose a Start date and decide whether you’d like these regular working hours to End on a specific date, or select Never for an ongoing schedule.
  5. Tick the days of the week and adjust the Shift start and Shift end hours.
  6. Select the Add a shift link to create built-in breaks, such as a 1-hour lunch break.
  7. Save changes.

 

How to set up your team's working hours on a mobile: 

  1. Go to Business settings and select Working hours.
  2. Under Team, tap on the team member for whom you would like to set working hours and tap on a day.
  3. Select Set regular working hours.
  4. Use the drop-down under Schedule type whether you would like to set working schedules to repeat Weekly, Every 2 weeks, Every 3 weeks or Every 4 weeks. 
  5. Choose a Start date and decide whether you’d like these regular working hours to End on a specific date, or select Never for an ongoing schedule.
  6. For each relevant day of the week, adjust the Shift start and Shift end hours.
  7. To add another shift, tap Add a shift and then Save.
  8. Save all changes.

PRO TIP: Clients are only able to book online during the hours set up under your Team working hours. If you don't set up team hours for a given day, clients won’t be able to book your services online for those days.

NOTE: Use the Location filter on Team members to filter by team members working at each of your locations.
