How do I reboot my card terminal?

Select the card terminal model you have below and follow the relevant steps to reboot your device.

1. On your terminal, press 1 followed by the green circle.

2. Access the Staff menu using the PIN code 1234 followed by the green circle button.

3. Go to Power off.

4. Tap Confirm to turn the terminal OFF.

5. Press 1 followed by the green circle button to turn the card terminal ON.

2. Tap on the Restart option.
