What information can I find in my client profiles?

Find your client information securely stored under your client profile. Here you’ll see a detailed information breakdown for every client saved to your client database.

Gain instant access to your client’s appointments, sales, reviews, forms, purchases, and much more, all updated in real-time. Keep essential information for the client as notes, and attach files and photos to highlight key details.

NOTE: We’ve recently made some changes to the client profile to make it even easier to access important information and make changes. Follow the steps below to explore more.

Access your client’s profile

  1. Go to Clients and select Clients list. 
  2. Search or select the client whose information you'd like to view.
  3. The client’s profile will appear on the right-hand side.  
  4. Here you can view, add and manage all of your client's information as well as book an appointment and make sales.

PRO TIP: The client’s name and contact details will appear at the top of the client profile. You can click on the email address to send the client an email or click on the telephone number to call the client / send them a text message.


View your client’s activity

The first screen you see is the Activity feed. Here you can view a complete log of any activity your client has had with your business to the present day.

Each event is displayed as a card with information updated in real-time. Events are sorted by date and time, with the most recent ones at the top.

  1. Go to your Client list and select a client. 
  2. In the top right, use the filter to view from All Activity to filtered view of either Appointments, Sales, Reviews or Notes.

Appointments: 

  • View all of your client’s appointments in one place. You can click on the appointment to Change, Manage or Check-out.

Sales: 

  • View all sales made to your client, including the status. Click on the sale card to view an invoice breakdown. 

Reviews: 

  • Any reviews your client has left you will appear here. Click Reply to respond to these.

Notes: 

  • Select Notes to log information about the client. E.g. Hair colour or cut preference.

NOTE: We’ve removed old sections with appointments, sales and reviews. These are now in the Activity feed.

PRO TIP: You can edit or delete notes on the client profile at any time. Click on the three dots next to the note in their profile.


View client details

Your client details are displayed here for easy access. 

  1. Go to your Client list and select a client.
  2. Select Client details for a quick view of your client’s information. 
  3. In the top right, click Edit to change your client’s information. 
  4. Once updated, click Save to return to the client’s profile.

Find client documents

View any Forms your client has filled out or Files they have uploaded.

  1. Go to your Client list and select a client.
  2. Select Documents and click All, Forms or Files to filter your search. 
  3. The status of the form will be highlighted on each card. 
  4. Click on the form card to view the full details.
  5. If a form is incomplete, you can select the option to either Send a reminder to the client or Complete the form on behalf of the client.

View client purchases

View any Products or Memberships your client has purchased. E.g. appointment bundles.

  1. Go to your Client list and select a client.
  2. Select Purchases and click on All, Memberships or Products to filter your search.
  3. Membership cards will show the status of the membership. You have the option to either Pause or Resume this. 
  4. Product cards will show details of items your client has brought from you. You can click Sell to re-sell the item to your client again or click View sale for more details.

View client payment methods

View any cards your client has added to their account or any vouchers they have to redeem with you.  

  1. Go to your Client list and select a client.
  2. Select Payment methods and click on All, Cards or Vouchers to filter your search.
  3. You can see the status of each payment method highlighted on the card.
  4. On the voucher cards, click View sale for more details.
