Accessing information about your card terminal is quick and simple. Select the card terminal model you have and follow the relevant steps.

• V400m / e285 card terminal
• Fresha S1 card terminal

Access information on a V400m / e285 card terminal

1. Press 9 followed by the green circle button on your card terminal. 
2. A new screen will appear with the following information:

• Model, serial number, and IP address of the terminal.
• Software version and configuration version that the terminal currently uses.
• Merchant account and store that the terminal belongs to.
• A button to show a QR code with device info.

Access information on a Fresha S1 card terminal 

1. Tap Settings and select Device info.
2. A new screen will appear with the following information:

• Model, serial number, and IP address of the terminal.
• Software version and configuration version that the terminal currently uses.
• Merchant account and store that the terminal belongs to.
• A button to show a QR code with device info.
