What PIN codes do I need to access the card terminal menu?

Some specific tasks might require a PIN code for authorization. Select the card terminal model you have and follow the relevant steps.

PIN codes for a V400m / e285 card terminal

  • Staff menu: PIN 1234 followed by the green circle button.
  • Admin menu: PIN 5358 followed by the green circle button.

PIN codes for a Fresha S1 card terminal

  • Admin menu: PIN 5358
  • Transactions menu: PIN 3773

NOTE: The Fresha S1 card terminal does not have a Staff menu. When you tap on the FRESHA logo, you’ll see two options: Settings and Transactions.
