How do I order a card terminal?

Our card terminal is exclusively integrated with the Fresha platform, providing a streamlined and cohesive experience for your business and clients. The device accepts all major debit and credit cards, offering clients a quick and convenient way to make payments. For clients who prefer digital payment methods, our terminals are also designed to seamlessly facilitate transactions via Apple Pay and Google Pay. 

The Fresha card terminal is currently available in Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Croatia, Czech Republic, Cyprus, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Lithuania, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Netherlands, New Zealand, Malta, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Romania, United Kingdom, and the United States.

Request a card terminal 

In order to be able to request a terminal, you must set up payment processing with Fresha first. Once this is complete, you can follow the below steps: 

  1. Go to the Payments tab and click on the Request terminal button. 
  2. Complete the required fields with your request details so we can learn more about your business. 
  3. Add your contact details and click Send request

You'll receive an email confirmation from Fresha once your card terminal request has been approved. You can track the status of your request under the Card terminals tab.

Purchase your card terminal

As soon as your terminal request has been approved, you will receive an email from Fresha with a payment link. Follow the steps below to make payment: 

  1. From the approval email, click on the payment link, or go to the Card terminals tab
  2. Review your order summary and once you are happy with it, add your payment method and shipping details. 
  3. Click Pay now

Once we’ve received the payment, our team will package your card terminal and aim to deliver it within three working days. We’ll send you an email with a tracking link when your card terminal has been dispatched.
