How do I track my cancelled appointments?

No appointments will ever be permanently removed from your Fresha account. All appointments, including the ones that have been cancelled, can be tracked. This is to make sure that you have full visibility of your calendar activity and can keep an eye on appointments that may have been cancelled incorrectly.

To track cancelled appointments:

  1. Go to Sales and select Appointments to see a full list of appointments. 
  2. Click on the calendar to choose which dates you’d like to view and click apply.
  3. The status of each appointment will be shown, for example, Completed, No-show, and Cancelled. From this view, any appointment can be viewed, opened, and edited.
  4. You can Export Screenshot_2020-10-15_at_10.40.15.png your appointments for a complete view of your appointment statuses.
