How do I review blast campaign performance?

Once your blast campaign has been sent, you can view the details of your campaign and how it has performed within the campaign overview page. This can be accessed from the Blast campaigns page by clicking on the campaign that you would like to view. We’ll also send you an email 48 hours after sending your blast campaign with your campaign results so far and the opportunity to retarget clients who have not yet viewed it.

Performance metrics

All blast campaigns that include at least one booking link will provide an overview of the Performance metrics associated with your campaign:

Booking value - The booking value indicates the number and value of bookings that you’ve received as a result of your campaign. This is a great way to understand the impact the campaign had on occupancy and business performance.

Total sales - Sales value indicates the completed sales that can be attributed to your campaign. This allows you to see the return on investment from the blast campaign.

PRO TIP: To see the total revenue of your Blast campaigns, you can use the Sales by channel report.

Engagement metrics

In addition to performance metrics each campaign will also include Engagement metrics related to your campaign. These metrics provide insight into how your recipients are interacting with your messages, and are a valuable source of information to optimise your campaigns over time. The engagement metrics available depend on the type of campaign that you send:

Email campaigns

Sent - The total number of people that your campaign was sent to.

Delivered - The number of people that successfully received your email. This excludes any emails that may have bounced due to incorrect email addresses (email campaigns only).

Opened - Indicates the number of your recipients that opened the email. If this is lower than you expected, consider trying more engaging subject lines and email preview content to grab your recipient's attention (email campaigns only).

Clicked - Your clicked rate indicates the number of recipients that clicked on links within your email. This is a great indicator of how engaging your content is. You can try to improve click rates by using multiple buttons within your email campaigns only, and ensuring that at least one button is shown without needing to scroll.

Text message campaigns

Sent - The total number of people that your campaign was sent to.

Clicked - Your clicked rate indicates the number of recipients that clicked on links within your text message. This is a great indicator of how engaging your content is. You can try to improve click rates by creating more personalised and engaging content within your text message.
