How do I reschedule an appointment?

Reschedule an appointment in your Calendar by changing the date or adjusting the duration with complete ease. 

Reschedule the appointment date and time

You can reschedule the date and time of an appointment in the following ways:

Using the Calendar: 

  1. Go to your Calendar

  2. Select and hold the appointment you wish to change.

  3. Drag and drop the appointment to the new rescheduled date and time.

Under More options: 

  1. Go to your Calendar.

  2. Click on the appointment you wish to change.   

  3. Click More options and select Reschedule.

  4. On the Calendar, select the new date and time to reschedule the appointment.

  5. On the pop-up, check the box if you would like to inform your client of the change. 

  6. Click Update to save the changes.

Through the appointment: 

  • Change the date:

  1. Go to your Calendar

  2. Click on the appointment you wish to change.

  3. Click on the date and choose a new one from the drop-down.

  4. Alternatively, next to the date, click on Edit and select the Date to choose a new one from the drop-down and Apply changes.

  5. Click on Save

  • Change the service time:

  1. Go to your Calendar

  2. Click on the appointment you wish to change.

  3. Click on the service you wish to edit the time for. 

  4. Under Start time, use the drop-down option to select a new time. 

  5. Click Apply Changes.

  6. Click on Save. 

 

PRO TIP: You can also assign the appointment to a different team member if the original member of the team is unavailable.


Change the appointment duration

You can change the length of an appointment in the following ways: 

Using the Calendar: 

  1. Go to your Calendar

  2. Select the appointment you wish to update.

  3. Drag the bottom edge of the appointment up or down to change the duration. 

Through the appointment: 

  1. Go to your Calendar.

  2. Select the appointment you wish to update. 

  3. Select the service you would like to modify. 

  4. Edit the Duration using the drop-down menu.

  5. Click Apply and then click Save.
