How do I update my billing details?

It’s important to make sure your billing details are always up to date as we’ll use these when processing your monthly invoices and charging you for any one-off payments, such as blast capaigns and automatic top-ups.

To update your billing details:

  1. Go to your Wallet and select Billing details.
  2. Click on the three dots three_dots_across.png next to your billing information and Edit.
  3. Make changes to your contact details, Tax/VAT number, and card details where relevant.
  4. Click Save to confirm changes.

If you are experiencing issues adding your billing details, email us at hello@fresha.com, using your registered email, and provide us with the following details so we can look into it further

  • cardholder name
  • card type (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, etc)
  • last 4 digits only of the card you’d like to use (please do not share your CVV)
  • the name of the bank the card is registered with
