As you have been invited by an existing Fresha user, you can earn credits for both your business and the business who invited you!

The required steps are as follows:

  1. Sign up your business via your invite link.
  2. Finish setting up your Fresha account and enable payment processing features.
  3. Process $1000 (or regional equivalent) in card payments using Fresha's integrated card payment options: saved card, pay by link or terminal.

You can see your progress anytime in your Fresha Wallet

You can use Fresha credits for any paid feature, including blast marketing campaigns or payment processing fees. You will have 3 months to complete the steps before the credits offer expires. Find out more about credits, click here.

I want to refer a friend to Fresha

With our referral program, you can refer a business to Fresha and both receive credits to use on our optional paid features. 

How do I invite a friend to Fresha?

  1. Navigate to Credits and referrals in your Fresha Wallet.
  2. Click on Send an invite to access your unique invite link.
  3. Click to copy your link and share via email, text, Whatsapp, social media or your preferred medium.

You and your invited friend will earn Fresha credits whenever their business completes all the required steps.

The required steps are as follows:

  1. Your friend up your business via your invite link.
  2. They set up their Fresha account and payment processing.
  3. They process $1000 (or regional equivalent) in card payments using Fresha's integrated card payment options: saved card, pay by link or terminal.

You can track the progress of all your referrals and pending credits anytime in your Fresha Wallet

FAQs

1. Which countries does the referral program cover?

You can take part in the referral program in any country where Fresha's paid features are available. These are listed here.

2. Who can send an invite link?

All users with permissions set to view the Fresha Wallet will be able to send an invite link, but if a team member’s permissions are set too low to view the Wallet they will not have this option. Check your user permissions here.

3. How many credits can I earn?

The credits vary via region, but you can find out in your Fresha account here.

4. What are pending credits?

If you have signed up to Fresha using an invite link, and/or if you have invited a friend, credits will appear as 'pending' until all required steps have been completed and the credits are available to use.

5. What are earned credits?

These are credits granted by Fresha when all the required steps have been successfully completed.

6. How can I check the status of my credits?

You can track the progress of all your referrals and pending credits anytime in your Fresha Wallet

7. I referred a friend and but I can't see their progress in my Pending credits?

The credit offer may have expired or the countries or currencies may not match. The credit offer expires after 3 months. You invited friend needs to sign up with the same country and that country's default currency to be able to claim the reward. Contact us at hello@fresha.com for any other queries.

8. I referred a friend in the past - can I claim credits for this?

The referral program is valid from the 28th of September 2022 and it does not apply retrospectively.

9. How long are credits valid for?

Earned credits are valid for 365 days before they expire. Pending credits must be earned within 3 months before the offer expires.

10. What can I redeem my credits on?

Credits are a Fresha specific currency that can be used to pay for features that are usually chargeable. If available, credits will always be used as the default payment method for fees. Learn more here
