You can now sync your Fresha calendar with personal calendars to view and manage all of your work and personal commitments in one place. 

While Fresha has released integrated calendar syncing with Google calendar, you also have the option to manually sync your Fresha appointments with other applications.

Step 1 – Copy your unique Fresha calendar link

1. Click on the avatar icon and select Workspaces. 

2. Click Manage next to the workspace you would like to sync your calendar with.

3. Select Sync a calendar and choose Other calendars.

4. Click on Export your Fresha calendar.
5. Copy your unique calendar URL and add it to your other calendars (see further details below).

Step 2 – Paste your calendar link into your chosen calendar application

Sync Fresha events to Apple calendar (iCal) on a mobile

1. Go to the calendar app.
2. Tap Calendar(s).
3. Select Add Subscribed Calendar.
   
4. Paste your unique Fresha calendar URL.
5. Click Subscribe.

Sync Fresha events to Apple calendar (iCal) on a desktop

1. Go to the calendar app.
2. Click on File > New Calendar Subscription.
3. Paste your unique Fresha calendar URL.
4. Click Subscribe.

Sync Fresha events to Outlook

1. Sign in to Outlook.
2. At the bottom of the page, select the calendar icon.
3. Select Add calendar.
4. Select Subscribe from web.
5. Enter your unique Fresha calendar URL.
6. Select Import.

Sync Fresha events to Google calendar

1. Open Google calendar.
2. On the left panel, find Other calendars.
3. Click on the drop-down arrow and select Add by URL.
4. Paste your unique Fresha calendar URL.
5. Click Add Calendar.
